This website is run by Sprinklin' Light Worldwide LLC.

What we collect

If you join a state waitlist, we collect your email address and the state you choose. Nothing else. Please do not send us any information about your child.

How we use it

We use your email only to tell you when the kit for your state is ready. We do not sell or share it.

Where it's stored

Waitlist sign-ups are stored by our website host, Netlify.

The typeable kit

What you type into the online kit is saved only in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it. If you use the microphone button, your browser's built-in speech service turns your voice into text: in Chrome and Edge that service is run by Google or Microsoft, and in Safari by Apple. You can always type instead.

Vault Writer

When you open your kit PDF in Vault Writer, the file stays on your device. Your answers are saved only in your own browser, and the finished PDF is made on your device. Nothing you type is sent to us. If you choose to paste a meeting transcript into your own AI tool, that tool's own privacy policy applies, so remove your child's full name, birth date, and student ID first.

Access codes

When you enter your access code, our host checks it and saves a small cookie in your browser so your kit opens on that device. We keep a record of each code, when it was used, and any note we added when we sent it, such as an Etsy order.

Purchases

Kits are sold through Etsy. Etsy handles payment and download, under Etsy's own privacy policy.

Removing your email

To be removed from a waitlist, email us at jameyr@sprinklinlightworldwide.com and we will delete your information.
